The key art for Prison Chronicles transforms a familiar scene into a powerful visual metaphor. Viewed from above, a prisoner and two guards stand within the stark geometry of a cell block, their figures dramatically lit from overhead. The harsh, institutional light casts long shadows that merge across the cold floor, forming the shape of a skull. We wanted the imagery to be immediate and unsettling and a haunting emblem of how death, control, and consequence linger in every corner of incarceration.

This composition distills the show’s central idea: that behind the routines of prison life lies a deeper, darker story about humanity, power, and survival. The skull created by shadow is not literal but symbolic. A reminder that the system itself has a life and death of its own, consuming those within it. The image forces the viewer to confront what happens when freedom is taken away, when time stands still, and when the walls themselves begin to hold memory.
